***অভিলাষ***

ধরণীর বুকে আমি

যে ক'টি ফেলেছি চরণ,

মহাকাল মহাগ্রাসে

তা,সকলি রেখেছে স্মরণ।

আমার রোষে কখনো

যদি,যাতনা পেয়েছে কেউ,

বহু পরেও পেয়েছি

ফিরে,সে রোষেরই ঢেউ।

হয়তো তখন সবাই

ভাবে,"সব পোড়া কপাল।"

তপ্ত হৃদয় নিরবেই

বোঝে,"কি কাজের ফল।"

ভালো কাজ পরে

যদি,বাঁধাকে দুরে দেয়,

সময় সেই কাজের

কথাও, স্মরণে ছড়ায়।

ক্ষুদ্র এ মানবজীবন

আর,অমর এই সময়,

অভিলাষ তাই সদা

থাকি যেন,নির্বিবাদ ময়।

I'm at the base of the dam
The one I left,
Mahakal is in the ocean
That is, all the memories are kept.

Ever in my anger
If, to anyone who has been persecuted,
I got a lot later
In return, he is a wave of anger.

Maybe then everybody
By the way, "all burned foreheads."
A warm heart is silent
Understands, "What results from work."



Good job later
If, away from the dam,
Time is that job
Speak, spread the remembrance.

Small human life
And, this time immortal,
The desire is always so
Let it be as though it were undeniable.
